As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Supporting a small team in busy role!
- Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
- Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
- Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches and events
- Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
- Processing expenses
- Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
- 4 days per week in office with 1 WFH day
The skills you need to bring:
- Solid Team EA / PA experience, gained from corporate firm, Banking highly advantageous
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player and a sense of humour
- Positive self-starter
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
