A highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant is required to support a senior team of executives from the HR and finance functions of a leading Private Equity firm based in the West End. Working closely with four / five senior individuals from their dynamic Finance & HR teams, your contribution plays a critical and valuable part in the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive diary management, calls, meetings, travel, heavy daily scheduling with high volume changes, corresponding meeting room bookings, preparing any relevant documents and supporting packs
- Regular liaison with international offices (meeting room bookings, catering set up, taxis, etc)
- Domestic and international scheduling of meetings, including associated travel for team offsites as required
- Logging of all travel for the team
- Expense management
Required skills & experience
- Minimum of five years PA / EA experience ideally gained from financial or professional services
- Experience of working with highly confidential information
- Highly flexible and personable
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven experience in scheduling and logistics management
- Discreet, composed, and confident in dealings with internal and external parties
- Proven ability to multi-task under pressure, maintaining existing activity while delivering to shifting deadlines
- Process driven, with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment
- Creative problem solver, enthusiastic colleague and team orientated
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
