Salary: £30k with OTE Bonus Opportunity

We are currently representing a forward-thinking and growing company based in the North of England, and they are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Manager to support their retentions and outbound team. As the Retentions Team Leader, you'll be a key player in helping us reach our targets.
Reporting directly to the Retentions Manager, you'll lead a team of Retentions representatives and work closely with the department Manager to ensure seamless management and coordination of our retentions team's activities.
The Key Requirements of the Team Leader

• Ability to support and motivate the team
• Experience in supporting the development of others beneficial
• A proven track record of exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in contact centre environment essential
