The Team Leader role requires a confident, person centred leader.

Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead a small supported living service for adults with learning disabilities.
Provide management support to the Service Manager and conduct direct staff supervisions with the Senior Support Workers.
Ensure staff schedules are flexible to meet the needs of the residents.
Be able to form professional, positive relationships with residents and support them to continue to live full and rewarding lives.
The Team Leader will support the Service Manager towards exceeding CQC standards and ensure team quality standards are maintained.
Promote appropriate activities/approach local community providers
Promote inclusivity and a positive focus and appraoch to the service users.
Encouragment towards staff, residents and their families in enabling residents to achieve independence.
Team Leader Qualifications
Ideally have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
