30-35k per annum
The Role:
- Organise shifts and encourage productivity
- Promote awareness of Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
- Assist the Manufacturing Coordinator
- Assist newcomers and help with training and development
- Communicate handovers clearly
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience working in a leadership role within manufacturing
- Has knowledge of production line and manufacturing processes
- Is confident in leading and organising a team
