Our model of practice:
Working in our organisation means bringing your whole self and embracing our therapeutic model of practice, through engaging in training and the key elements of our model you will learn and grow as a reflective practitioner, attendance at the following is a key part of your role and mandatory:
· Training
· Reflective practice groups
· Supervision
· Clinical Case Reviews
Shift Pattern:
Experience a work schedule designed for balance and flexibility! Our shift hours are from 7:40 am to 8:00 pm, following a two-week pattern:
- Week 1 (long week): Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (4 days)
- Week 2 (short week): Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (3 days)
Enjoy every other weekend off while still averaging 42 hours per week. This pattern not only ensures a healthy work-life balance but also reduces travel time and costs. Plus, there's an opportunity to pick up overtime during your short week if desired.

Pay: £33,022.00-£34,581.00 per year
