First impressions count and its down to our Facilities Team to make sure every single member of the team delivers a knowledgeable, first-class customer experience to our staff, students, and visitors.
We are looking to recruit an Assistant Facilities Duty Manager to join our award-winning team, who are passionate about the Facilities Management industry. You will need to have a positive, can-do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure. A knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be an advantage but not essential.
You will organise, coach and support every member of your team to :
- Provide a highly professional soft facilities service (including cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance, reception/concierge functions and Health, Safety and Compliance activities)
- Develop a pride in place culture to ensure we continue to deliver excellent, customer focussed services which support key University agendas.
This is a permanent position the shift pattern will be:
Tuesday to Thursday 12.15 – 20.00
Friday 12.15 – 19.00,
Saturday 06.15 – 15.00
