A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR AT HIEX MANCHESTER AIRPORT
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Acting as Duty Manager and ensuring the highest levels of customer service on shift at all times
- Working across all depts you will have a range of skills in terms of both working in reception and food beverage.
- Managing the team on duty and assigning roles for the shift
- Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during your shift eg; fire evacuations.

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Excellent Guest Service skills - putting the guest at the heart of everything you do
- Be able to multi task and priotise during busy periods for both yourself and the team
- Communicate and work well with collegues and team members - be a team player!
