Job Role includes but not limited to

• Keyholder responsibilities, opening & closing the venue
• Ensuring brand standards are upheld and responsible for delivering an awesome guest experience
• Training & coaching of team members
• Control of stock & labour costs
• Taking responsibility for various administration & keeping back of house running smoothly
• Hands-on management, directly involved with service when on duty
• Initiative to push the business & keep the staff constantly engaged

Requirements

Essential:

• Being a 'sound', genuine & friendly person, with a good work ethic
• Experience in a wet led hospitality business in a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager role
• The ability to work independently & take initiative
• Strong leadership skills
• Dedication & love for the job, venue & team
• Comfortable in a wet-led operation, with a strong focus on amazing service.

Preferable:

• Personal License holder
• Strong background of cocktail knowledge and ability
• Being a fan of hip-hop & retro gaming
• Ability to safely travel to and from work despite the late hours
