We are increasing our team size in response to a growing number of enrolled children starting in January 2024. We are currently seeking a committed, confident, and enthusiastic Team Leader for our Nursery School, which has received an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted.
Permanent - 36 Hours per week - Term-time with 5 staff training days.
Monday 8.00am to 5.00pm (to include Continuous Professional Development 4.00pm – 5.00pm) and Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.
As the Team Leader should possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education, along with demonstrated expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a track record of working with children aged 3 to 5 years old.
The chosen candidate will:
Excel as a practitioner, possessing a strong understanding of the EYFS and SEND, and be committed to inspiring children to achieve their maximum potential.
Demonstrate the ability to cater to the varied needs of our children and uphold inclusive practices.
Bring supervisory experience from within an Early Years environment.
Showcase proficiency in working with children with SEND needs, backed by practical experience and knowledge.
Exhibit familiarity with collaborating with external agencies, including the completion of pertinent paperwork.
