Job description

Job Introduction

We are looking for a Reception Team Leader to join our Rapport team, based at our prestigious client's office, based in St James. The client is an investment banking institution, and you will play a crucial role in creating immediate Rapport with key stakeholders, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Guest House, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding service and memorable experience.
 

This is a 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday role.

Role Responsibility

  • Managing all daily operational aspects of all reception desks including Network Team
  • Ensuring procedures and service levels are adhered to
  • Supporting and actioning with the Deputy and Guest Service Manager concerning business objectives/demands
  • Practicing good communication with the team and management
  • Promoting a professional and proactive image to the reception team
  • Assisting with appraisals and staff development plans and 1 to 1 meetings with the reception team
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of The Guest House, the client's onsite Hotel
  • Assisting with training new starters and team members on all systems and protocols

  • Have experience in staff training/coaching, great leadership skills and strong team engagement
  • Be well-versed in recruitment and interviewing
