The Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of surveyors over a variety of workstreams including Capital works programmes , Adaptations and Responsive Repairs.
As a Team Leader you will support the General Manager with the operational and financial management of their Service/business area.
You will provide technical expertise on all aspects of building maintenance and surveying, including preparation of detailed specifications, planning and monitoring work, and contribute towards the Asset Management Plan You will work with colleagues across the organisation, supporting the General Manager and Service Manager to deliver the organisation’s purpose, vision, and objectives.
You will be responsible for managing a team within Homes and Neighbourhoods to deliver a first-class service to meet customer needs and deadlines for compliance with contract specifications and legislation. There are a number of specialist and technical functions within the Service, including Mechanical, Electrical, Specialist Services, Compliance, Quantity Surveying, and Estimating. All Team Leaders will be required to deputise for the General Manager and other Team Leaders as and when required.
