Your new opportunity
We are looking for a Temp Team Leader to join our services within our North Lanarkshire Service which is a service which provides a wide range and support for people with physcial and learning disabilities.
One service based across North Lanarkshire support people with complex conditions including:
- Mental health issues – dual diagnosis
- Autism
- Aspergers
- Epilepsy
- Cerebral Palsy
- Dementia
Our service is currently provided in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of these services and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks as well as ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
You will be working closely with 2 experienced Team Leaders, Learning new skills in regards to SDS services which includes the management of individual budgets.
The Team leader will be responsible for managing their own time and support hours, they will be supported both by The Depute Project Manager as well as Project Managers.
This is a Temporary Maternity Cover post working 39 hours per week.

- Due to the location of the services and shift patterns we recommend candidates have access to their own transport.
