Role: Adult Care Team Leader

Location: Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria

Salary: Up to £29,123.25 per annum (dependant on experience/qualifications)

Hours: Full-time; Permanent (43.5 hours per week)

The Opportunity

Our next Nights Team Leaderwill be someone who has: 

• Desirable:Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• The desire to work towards a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
• Experience of working in an Adult residential setting
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Ability to effectively train individuals and groups

The successful candidate will support our Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the home, leading, supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive role model within the team.

The Location

Options Autism are recruiting an Adult Care Team Leader to join our team based in the Norfolk region.

Grange View is a fantastic service which provides bespoke residential care and support to young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The successful applicant will be supporting the Registered Manager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team of dedicated Adult Support Workers and working as a proactive role model within the team. 

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure.  Working in a residential environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The home is based in Grange and is within commuting distance of Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal, Bolton-le-Sands and other surrounding villages and towns.
