The ideal candidate will be responsible for line managing a team and ensuring processes are in place to deal with a high volume of transaction

Description
The key responsibilities of the Financial Transactions Team Leader include:
- Line managing the Transactional finance team
- Identifying and implementing improvements to systems
- Ensuring all reconciliations are performed efficiently
- Overseeing the KPIs for the transactional function
Profile
The successful Financial Transactions Team Leader should have:
- Experience working in a transactional finance role
- Ability to support and lead a team
- Experience dealing with high volume of transactions
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
- £35,000 - £38,000 salary
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
- Flexible working hours
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
