Working Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (May include some evenings or weekends depending on service needs)

The difference you will make as a Team Manager we work with over 400 young people who need support for a wide range of reasons including those leaving care, teenage parents, ex-offenders and those at risk of offending, young people who have been made homeless and people with mental health needs.
Our facilities and services include high to medium supported housing, assessment centres, floating support and supported housing for young parents to help young people gain stability and take control of their futures.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly.
The successful candidate will:
- Have relevant experience of working with young people and parents/families.
- Be adept at report writing.
- Have experience in liaising with the professional network, including close liaison with Social Services, Youth Offending Team (YOT), family courts, and safeguarding teams.
- Have a good understanding of parenting assessments as well as early years foundation.
- Have experience and understanding of child development
- Have previous management experience in a social care setting
- Good knowledge of safeguarding procedures for adults and children
- Experience of working within an assessment and support planning process relevant to the customer group
