This role offers:

As the Team Manager, you will be based at the companies Head Office in Stone, and will be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of a team of up to 15 field agents.
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Performance Reviews / Appraisals
- 1-2-1’s
- Feedback Sessions
- Team Meetings
- Training and Development
- Salary: £40,000 + Monthly Commission
