About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dedicated individual to join our Intervention and Planning team as a Team Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children, while driving excellence in social work practice. Supported by our robust workforce development program, you will lead a team of social workers, guiding them to deliver high-quality interventions and services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing interventions for children under statutory safeguarding plans, navigating the legal landscape with precision and empathy.
About You:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of legislative frameworks and policies related to safeguarding children.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on crafting assessments and plans for young people.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes for children and families, influencing professional networks effectively.
- Innovative and empathetic engagement with children and families, coupled with a passion for delivering top-tier services and interventions in collaboration with diverse agencies.
- Recognized social work qualifications are essential for this role.
