We host our own podcast called The Leadership Lab, the overall goal of the podcast is to create content that can educate leaders and founders, connect them to like-minded people and help the DeepTech ecosystem grow. Join a well-funded AI Recruitment Start-up that plans on scaling from 1-40 in 4 years. Growth will be split 50/50 perm to contract across DACH and the US.

• The opportunity to start something from scratch but have access to all of Trinnovo's existing client base.

• You will have full support from the Trinnovo back office and already established contracts team to ensure you can hit the ground running and do what we leaders in the business do best - build a team, a market, and make some money!

• We offer up to 50% commissions, with no threshold

• Join a small but growing team and be the first contract hire and have options for LTIP, annual bonuses based on whole company performance, quarterly bonuses based on team performance, and monthly bonuses based on your own!
