We are looking for the following experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker staff to join us on our journey.
1 x Team Manager: Child Exploitation
These new and exciting roles sit within the Support and Safeguarding Directorate at Northamptonshire Children’s Trust (NCT), a large employer that provides care and support to children, young people, and families in Northamptonshire.

What will you be doing?You will be part of developing and leading practices in our new multi-Agency Exploitation Hub to strengthen our response to exploitation as quite simply our young people have never needed this more. You will have the opportunity to be part of developing a multi-agency contextual approach and innovative ways of working with young people in collaboration with our partner agencies.
About youYou should be a qualified Social Worker, with Social Work England registration, and have proven 5 years of experience of working in a 'Front Line' service and must have demonstrated exploitation experience.
About usNorthamptonshire Children’s Trust was established in November 2020 to deliver Children’s Services to the newly established North and West Northants County Councils. The Trust is wholly owned and funded but operationally independent from the Councils; this provides the organisation with unique opportunities to explore new ways of working and to be more agile and adaptable in its approach to service delivery. Signs of safety strengths-based approaches, led by decision makers, supports excellent social work practice and is further supported by our Signs of Safety Champions and business support.
