Team Member for the Hot Chick Kitchen Inside Cutlery Works | Reporting to the Hot Chicken Food Partner Manager

Hot Chick is a well-known brand worldwide, famous for its scrumptious wings, sauces, tenders, and chicken. We are excited to announce that Hot Chick has arrived at Cutlery Works Food Hall Sheffiled. Cutlery Works lively food destination that offers authentic and sustainable culinary experiences. As a kitchen Team Member, you will get the opportunity to demonstrate your culinary skills and personality and create unforgettable dining experiences for customers, both on-site and through delivery platforms.
You will be working directly for the Blend Family, who manage food halls across the north of England. These food halls include Cutlery Works in Sheffield, The GPO Food Market and Bar in Liverpool, Kargo MKT in Salford Media City, and Cambridge Street Collective in Sheffield. You will be a part of the internal brands estate, which includes Jimmy's Burgers, Little Dough, CJ's Brunch Club, Tang, Saiko Sushi, Hot Chick, Twisted, Boba Chai Bubble Tea, Koraeatown, WTF!, Minches, and more to come.
You will prepare and cook a variety of mouthwatering dishes following renowned recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is cooked to perfection, paying attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
You do not require any kitchen or chef experience...just a 'can-do' attitude.
Duties
- Assist in various tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and upselling
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
