This role is a busy role and you will based in the office. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job will be….
We are looking to employ an Administrator within our Rural department based in the outskirts of Andover.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, professional and well organised and should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Providing proactive administrative support to a dynamic professional team
General administrative duties including copy/audio typing, filing, telephone enquiries, expense claims, cost recording, etc.
Deal with correspondence and compose written replies on behalf of the team.
Business administration for the team to include helping with overdue invoices, overseeing minor facilities management works and responding to internal health and safety updates
Business administration issuing documents for signature.
Managing supplier invoices and accounts and managing contractor compliance administration
Organise travel arrangements, making cost effective decisions
Organise meetings, producing minutes and ensuring effective follow up action
Receive telephone calls on behalf of the team, respond to enquiries where possible or refer the enquiry if appropriate
Diary management and processing expenses claims
Make bookings for venues, refreshments and equipment
Maintain and update electronic filing system
Deal with incoming and outgoing post
Type, format and issue documentation including e-mail correspondence, schedules and records
Maintenance of and data inputting to software systems
Previous secretarial experience within a busy, vibrant and demanding environment would be an advantage.
Excellent practical use of MS office suite of products Word, Excel and PowerPoint
