This is an opportunity for those who currently work within the insurance industry either at a broker or insurer, who are looking to join a company who will really value you as a member of their team, Its quite a salesy, busy environment where the team are constantly bouncing ideas off each other, working together to get the best for the business. They want people who are going to challenge themselves, think progressively, rather than someone who just wants to sit at a corporate and follow a process. In the words of the COO - "This is not a producer role; you won't have a new business target on your head. You will be handed warm leads to follow up on, you will then take the client through all the demands, the insurance program and they take it from that point onwards through to client servicing. So, for senior handlers who want client facing role - it's great. For Executives who don't want an new business target on their head. Financial lines knowledge would be great, however we can take on ambitious general commercial people should they have the right drive"
