TECH RECRUITMENT - SALES TEAM LEADER

An exciting opportunity for an experience Recruiter to join a fast growing global business - this is a hands on billing role and you will be expected to hire a team around you to focus on a new market sector in Technology (this is our second new market we're opening this year - so you wont be alone) !

£40k + uncapped monthly bonus

Watford ( you will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week)

Akkodis are a global IT and engineering company - we are a €4bn revenue business employing over 50k tech experts and consultants.

Joining our Talent division as a New Business Development Team Leader, you will be identifying potential customers and providing them with contractors in our SAP UK Team and be responsible for building a team of 3.

This role will suit individuals with previous recruitment experience looking to develop their career through building and managing their own team

What will I be doing?

• Outbound calling to IT professionals
• Identifying potential new customers
• Gaining and chasing sales leads
• Recruiting people into state of the art professional businesses
• Negotiating business terms
• Meeting customers in-person and virtually
• Developing a deep understanding of your market
• Attending networking events
• Identifying and hiring a team
• Implement and manage KPI's by leading from the front

Who will I be working with?

• Ambitious and motivated people who can earn promotions every 6 months
• A mixture of tenured recruiters and new business sales recruiters
• People who love to get on the phone and chat….and accept rejection!
• People who love an early Friday finish and monthly incentives

What experience do I need?

• Outbound phone calling, ideally B2B (business to business)
• The ability to keep pace with the rapid development of this rapidly growing sector
• A desire to earn £££ - we know there are easier jobs out there which pay a higher basic salary, but if you want to earn five figures, come and join us!

What will I earn?

• A basic salary of £40k at entry level
• Bonus up to 30% per Contractor
• Salary increases based on promotions
• Quarterly company-wide incentives
