Tech Support Assistant

We are a small but growing company looking to directly recruit the right candidate to join the existing Tech Support team. This role is to support our proprietary access security software. We specialise in the design and operation of sophisticated electronic security systems including Electronic Monitoring and are entering an exciting stage as a business. The role will be to act as the 2nd/3rd line of support for users and to assist with all aspects of software as these needs arise. Experience in access control software is not required but would be a significant advantage. However the candidate will require a technical depth in the following:

• Professional knowledge of Windows
• Basic level of experience with SQL server 2
• Basic level of knowledge with Networking- TCP/IP, IP subnetting

The right candidate will be required to learn and operate technologies on a day to day basis, these technologies should be of interest to the right candidate.
