Salary Role: Technical Account Manager
Location: Leicestershire
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the food and drink industry, is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the technical team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between all technical teams and the New Product Development (NPD) team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary liaison between site technical teams and customers, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships.
-Facilitate strong communication and collaboration between all technical teams and the NPD team.
-Serve as the key technical contact between all manufacturing facilities across the UK and Europe.
-Play a crucial role in customer audits and site technical visits, ensuring all technical requirements are met and exceeded.
-Provide expert knowledge and guidance on BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical or quality position in the food industry.
-Strong technical understanding of BRC and HACCP is essential.
-Previous experience with ambient products is preferred but not essential.
-Proven experience in a similar role is essential.

Salary - £45,000-£55,000 (Dependent on experience)
