Working as part of the studio you will lead the way in design management and lead technical projects on a portfolio of lucrative blue-chip accounts. You will specialise in creating impactful physical marketing activations for diverse clients, blending creativity with technical precision.

The Role
As a Technical Account Manager reporting directly to the team lead, you'll play a crucial role in technically supporting, influencing, and implementing all forms of physical marketing activations. Responsibilities include:
Design Management

• Ensuring the Design team's solutions are fit for function and effectively communicated.
• Maintaining design consistency from start through completion.
• Collaborating closely with the supply chain and Project Manager on all designs and decisions.
• Tracking and ensure all deadlines and targets are met.
  

Technical Management:

• Planning, executing, and overseeing technical projects related to physical marketing.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Developing and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitoring and report on project progress and performance.
  

Client Interaction:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients regarding technical development, build, and installation.
• Collaborating with clients to gather project specifications and feedback.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through strong supply chain control and technical support.
  

Technical Expertise:

• Overseeing the selection of appropriate printing technologies and materials.
• Helping developing, implementing, and managing product installations and national rollouts.
