On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for an Technical Administration Officer for work in the Cranfield area.
Duration: Initial 12 Months Contract
Hours: Need to be flexible regarding working practice and working hours.
Scope of Work:
Support certification delivery for NTCE responsible products.
Administration / Technical support certification understanding on Homologation documentation through to final certification.
Cross functional working with sections/departments within the AMEO region
Supporting Homologation team with the technical Services in meetings, information requests and supporting documents.
Support program delivery with engineers to meet certification schedules.
Support Internal tasks set within the technical officer’s team, Budget, data collection, internal processes, and basic technicalities on design input.
Work within the Nissan mindsets for capability and customer service
Skills/Qualifications:
Good level of educations high GCSE / A level or equivalent studies.
Previous educations to support scope of work above
Previous homologation or related experience an advantage with Automotive.
Roles which were process driven with attention to detail.
A very good understanding with PC Skills.
Experience to show good organisation skills, attention to detail and evidence of working under pressure.
Have good written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate, competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Have ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple tasks simultaneously
Be self-motivating and self-managing. Pro-active, Positive, Energetic personality and flexible regarding working practice and working hours.
Empathy and transparency when working with other employees on project cycle activities.
Good attention to detail for Application document and certification
