Job description

The Client:

They are a family ran business established in 2003 and have developed a reputation for delivering a professional, responsive service to network providers in the North of England.

Specialising in high and low voltage cable jointing, enabling their customers to make, manage and maintain their connections to the electrical network.

The Opportunity:

For this Technical Administrator position, you will be working alongside the head office team and interacting with on-site staff members on on-site hours worked, overtime etc.

Some of the key responsibilities for this successful individual would be but no limited to:

  • Completing timesheets and data entry / paperwork checking
  • Being responsive to urgent electrical callout needs attended
  • With an ability to organise and be a strong multi-tasker / reacting to a variety of situations

The Candidate:

The successful Technical Office Coordinator will be/have:

  • Proven Administration and Accounting experience
  • Great attention to detail is important
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel & a good standard of computer skills
  • Knowledge of or able to learn SAGE would be an advantage
  • A good Health Safety & Environmental understanding would be great
  • Ability to complete General admin tasks is essential.
