Office Administrator
£25,000 - £30,000 pro rata (6 month contract)

Are you an Administrator with experience in order processing, scheduling, or have experience within an engineering company store or stock control? Are you looking to join a company with an excellent reputation for looking after their staff, offering all employees training and who are known as experts within the industry?
This is a varied role where you will be involved in general administrative work such as raising purchase orders, scheduling work for technicians as well as assisting with the stores operation, booking in/out and updating customer asset management systems.
This global company are very well established and employ 17,000+ people, this office location in Thirsk is one of many for the UK and plays a key an vital part in the overall UK operation.
This role would suit an Administrator, who is quick to pick up new IT systems (willing to learn and be trained on SAP, Salesforce and other systems), a team player and is flexible to help other members of the team in record keeping, stores and stock control duties and raise purchase orders for parts and PPE.

- Mon - Fri (early finish on Friday)

- Good IT and PC skills
- Eager to learn new skills and IT systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
