Office Administrator

This part-time position would best suit someone with a minimum of two years Office experience. The hours are 9 - 5, specific days to be discussed as we offer flexible working hours. Full training will be given. The vacancy involves, daily opening, collating, filing and franking the post. Data imputing using various computer packages. Typing experience an advantage. Professional and confident telephone manner. We are a very busy office the right candidate will have to be able to work under pressure, as part of a team but also to have initiative to work alone.
