The role of the Office Administrator involves:
Manage the main telephone line.
Take and deliver messages in a professional manner.
Be responsible for facilities administration, arranging post and couriers and occasionally collecting parcels.
Packaging up parcels
Deal with and support ongoing projects
Helping organise social events for the team
Provide assistance and support to other parts of the business.
Deal with office supplies to ensure levels are on top of
Schedule meetings and appointments
The ideal Office Administrator will:
Proficient with Microsoft packages
Have previous experience in office administration
Be customer focused and organised
Have outstanding organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication
Have the ability to manage a busy phone line
Be confident when speaking on the phone
