Full-time role with flexibility Office in prime location in Harrogate with free parking Become a key part of this growing & highly respected teamA growing and highly respected organisation, our partner is passionate about excellent customer service, being an employer of choice and running as efficiently as possible.Your role is to support the MD and General Manager across HR, Customer Management and H&S, as well as other administrative tasks as required. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing quotations and supporting documents Creating and updating customer files Helping with staff on-boarding and other basic HR duties Maintaining stock levels for both external and internal use. Taking the lead on H&S requirements for all staff, onsite and offsite. Supporting on staff recruitmentAs the right person, you are an experienced Administrator and can turn your hand to a variety of tasks as required. You pride yourself on your efficiency and attention to detail and like to work in a process driven environment.You must be able to prioritise tasks effectively and know when to drop everything to deal with an urgent task, and when to focus on the task at hand.You are confident using a CRM or database system, have strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and enjoy working directly with customers on the phone or over email.You should be able to work a combination of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, and have the flexibility to work the occasional weekend (paid overtime).Please click the link to apply, or call Simon Gregory to apply by phone.
