Location: Remote.
Contract: 3-6 months initially
Pay Rate: Competitve Daily Rate
Interesting contract role available for an experienced Technical Author / Technical writer to help our client document Operational Technology (OT) and infrastructure processes and procedures. Suited candidate must have previous strong specific Technical Author OT experience to be suitable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation across our entire operational technology estate.
Define standardised documentation techniques and practices.
Stakeholder management - collaboration with other members of our technology teams.
Support in engagement meetings to provide feedback and improve the user experience.
Update the structure, style, and organisation of our existing documentation to comply with the standards you define.
Improve the standards you define through attention to processes, tools, and user's needs.
Own the development of documentation across technology.
Excellent spoken and written English with a keen eye for detail.
