Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with senior analysts and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and document system information and needs. Your role involves evaluating system capabilities, acting as a liaison between end-users and software developers, and ensuring accurate dissemination of product information.
Responsibilities:
- Data Modeling : Assist in creating and designing specifications based on sales and account management requirements.
- Business Process Documentation : Work closely with consultants and managers to effectively document business processes.
- Infrastructure Maintenance : Keep infrastructure elements (documents, manuals, policy documents) up to date.
- Functional Requirements Development : Collaborate on improving system quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints.
- Requirements Analysis : Evaluate customer requests and derive logical requirements.
- Intermediary Role : Serve as a bridge between the employer and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Previous experience as a technical Business Analyst, preferably in technology.
- Data Visualization : Ability to create impactful visualizations.
- SQL Skills : Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
- Power BI : Familiarity with Power BI.
- Cloud Technologies : Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
