Product Care Engineer - projects to be involved:
* P1 devices - early involvement during design phases, troubleshooting content development for new devices, customer facing documents review, troubleshooting content improvement for existing devices.
* All platforms - keep up to date with design change requests and product/process improvements to understand potential impact to customer service.
* Development of change request management process for troubleshooting content.
* Support in-market customer care teams.
Required:
* Degree or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline (e.g. electronics, design, mechanical…).
* Understanding of customer service operations.
* A structured and methodical approach allowing accuracy and consistency in the work delivered.
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across functions at all levels.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent MS Office capability (Word, Excel Power Point, Teams, SharePoint).
* Knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
