Technical Claims Lead

Are you a technically strong Claims person with an excellent background and experience within Property Claims?

If so, a great new role has become available for an experienced Property Claims professional as a Technical Claims Lead working for one of our independent broking clients based in Manchester City Centre.

As Technical Claims Lead in Property, you will be required to deliver an outstanding claims service at all times to support the acquisition and retention of clients. This position will also give you the opportunity to meet with clients face to face where required, when larger and more complex issues are involved.

Our client truly prides itself on the exceptional service they provide to their clients at all times, basing it’s success around it’s people. Therefore, you will need to provide a high level of support to clients throughout the process, liaising with various parties to ensure matters proceed correctly and leading negotiations in order to obtain early settlement of the claim.

Requirements:

• Proven background and experience in Property Claims Handling from cradle to grave.
• Experience of attending sites to assist in property investigations would also be great.
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of property policy wordings.
• Hard-working approach with good enthusiasm, personality and drive.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of different individuals in both a personal and professional manner.

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,000-£45,000, dependent on experience.
