As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Compliance Manager to join their business.Reporting into the Technical Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement industry-leading standards for regulatory compliance in food manufacturing, safety, quality assurance, and traceability. Manage the site's HACCP and Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with the highest standards. Oversee global quality expectations (GQE) and policies, updating in-house systems and communicating changes. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and manage a schedule of internal audits. Support the senior technical management team during BRCGS certification processes and audits. Serve as the primary site contact for all customer-related matters, including systems and complaints. Oversee the management of the site's system for suppliers, new supplier proposals, and raw material development.
