Location: London & Surrounding Counties (Remote)
Salary: Circa £45k - £65k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client, a prominent player in the industry, are dedicated to providing support to a wide range of high-profile UK public sector and defence organisations.
The Role:
As a skilled Technical Consultant, you will be leveraging your expertise and play a pivotal role in nationally critical projects that positively impact peoples everyday lives.
Your primary responsibilities include offering strategic guidance, providing architectural expertise, offering consultancy support, and engaging with stakeholders.
While the base office is in Guildford, youll primarily work on client sites throughout the UK or from Home.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies for future ICT service delivery aligned with clients business needs and governmental strategies.
* Define end-to-end architectures covering Business, Applications, Data, and Infrastructure.
* Offer high-value strategy, business analysis, and procurement consultancy to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
* Engage directly with clients, resolving day-to-day issues, and developing follow-on opportunities.
* Developing and defining architectures.
* Producing user and service requirements documentation.
* Supporting large ICT procurements.
* Providing technical assurance for proposed solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience within UK Defence and Public Sectors, preferably in ICT enterprise solutions.
* Strong enterprise and technical architecture development skills.
* Proficiency in software development methods, information security standards, and project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with public sector best practices and standard methodologies.
* Enterprise and Technical Architecture development and review using EA frameworks and methods e.g.
TOGAF, MODAF;
* Programme and Project Management methods e.g.
MSP, PRINCE2, DSDM, Scaled Agile Framework;
* Public sector best practice guidance, e.g.
ITIL, OGC toolkit;
* Software development methods and techniques e.g.
Agile methods such as SCRUM;
* Business or systems analysis methods and tools, e.g.
BPMN, UML;
* Information security policy standards e.g.
ISO27001 / ISO27002, Cyber Essentials;
