Position Title: Technical Coordinator
Location: Northamptonshire

Mission: Lead the Quality Control team to ensure product quality and safety, develop robust testing procedures, and foster continuous improvement while managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate lab activities and supervise staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain ISO and BRC
- Ensure lab equipment reliability.
- Develop and maintain analytical methods.
- Produce quality performance reports and identify improvements.
- Manage consumables and equipment budgets.
- Communicate with cross-functional departments
- Implement training programs and maintain documentation.
- Lead improvement initiatives and provide technical support.
- Develop and manage direct reports through individual development plans and regular appraisals.
- Experience:
- HACCP Level 3 or 4, ISO, and FDA accreditation management.
- Degree or equivalent in Quality/Improvement roles.
- Experience in FMCG or pharma environments.
- Analytical methods, lab equipment, and validation techniques.
- Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of food regulations.
- Experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement.
