On offer is the chance to join market leading HGV hire and fleet management company, providing contract hire and vehicle leasing solutions to the private and public sectors along with comprehensive fleet management and workshop expertise.
Within this role, you will oversee the management of maintenance providers, participate in the day-to-day activity of the Fleet Desk Operations, Management of the Mobile Engineers including arranging on and off-hire inspections for the hire fleet. You will also Ensure accurate information and financial costs are recorded, faults on the system are identified and a resolution is proposed, actioned, or escalated appropriately and ensure KPI's are accurate and followed up.
This role will suit a Technical Service Coordinator or similar, looking to join a market-leading contract hire and fleet management company, offering industry-leading training, and progression, as well as generous holiday allowance, Company-wide, profit-sharing bonus and a pension plan where the company will contribute up to 10% of your annual salary.
THE ROLE:
* Oversee management of maintenance providers
* Participate in the day-to-day activity of the Fleet Desk Operations
* Monday - Friday Flexible hours (40h per week)
THE PERSON:
* HNC in Automotive Engineering and Science or equivalent
* Educated to A level or equivalent
* Fleet management Background/ Understanding
Commutable to Northampton
