Our client delivers quality and unique housing developments is looking to strengthen the technical team and appoint a Technical Coordinator to manage key information, engineering, and working drawings to enable residential developments to be delivered as intended.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sites from design stage to post-completion, in line with delivery programme
- Coordinate information from consultants, subcontractors and site team
- Manage and collate planning, building control and NHBC information
- Manage and oversee the technical coordination of the architects, engineers and M&E
- Undertaking value engineering / ensuring buildability
- Co-ordinate submission of designs and securing technical approvals for agreements such as S104, S38 and S278
- Attend and chair pre-start meetings an
- Assist the land & planning teams with the information to discharge of planning conditions
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
- New Build residential experience
- HNC/D in a construction-related subject
- Good level of IT Literacy
- Can communicate clearly with confidence at all levels
- Good time management
- Commercially aware
- Proven ability to coordinator technical information
Offering a competitive salary, private medical, and bonus structure for the right person. There will be travel to sites as and when required this a full driving license will be required.
