This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
This position is responsible for supporting Sales team in determining technically appropriate & cost- effective solutions. Main duties include but are not limited to: - Supporting in offering technical advice on enquiry specifications for customers/sales engineers with regards to ABB products - Providing technical support during technical meetings, product presentations and negotiations - Supporting in performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. - Supporting in proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries. - Supporting in preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues. - Preparing and checking technical articles for publication.
Qualifications for the role
- Education: Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in mechatronics, mechanical, Automation, Robotics, Electrical or other related majors
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Accumulative GPA is minimum at 7.0/10 or 2.5/4.0
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and computer literacy
- Pay high attention to details and honest
- Passionate, fast learners with can-do attitude
