SalaryThis is a newly created permanent opportunity for a Technical Lead to work for an impressive business in Ipswich who are embarking on an exciting period of digital transformation.
If you are a seasoned software professional who enjoys leading teams whilst remaining hands on with development and architectural design, then this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Taking responsibility for a growing team of developers, you will act as a technical authority and be at the forefront of the companies ambitions to automate many of their customer facing processes, fully connect their systems into an effective fully integrated solution and develop innovative new products to support their client base.
The projects you work on will be varied and see you working across greenfield applications, enhancements / features for existing solutions, APi's (creation & consumption), integrations and machine learning tools.
To be successful it is likely that you will have:
- An excellent understanding of modern Microsoft stack technologies (C#, .NET /.NET CORE)
- Expertise within SQL databases
- An appreciation of cloud environments and CI/CD tools
- The ability to translate business requirements into effective software solutions
- A passion for technology and strong problem solving skills.
- The ability to provide mentorship and guidance to the development community
