As The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Technical Operations and maintenance activities of our power and energy generation facilities. This pivotal role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety, while also coordinating with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site Operators and facilities managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of energy generation facilities.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for maintenance activities.
* Source and manage external contractors, ensuring sites are operating at capacity and warranty claims are reviewed and submitted.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits of energy generation equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and schedules to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
* Analyze performance trends to identify improvements and preventative maintenance actions.
* Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and operational issues.
The Person:
* Proven experience in Technical Operations and maintenance management within the power generation sector.
* Thorough understanding of power plant systems, equipment, and processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office; CAD experience desirable.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Team management experience, ideally with remote management skills.
