Average of 20 hours per week - temporary contract
Rotating pattern of days (6-2), Nights (10-6), Afters (2-10) average 2.5 days per week between Monday to Friday
Salary during probation: £15,841.50 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Salary after probation: £17,211.50 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Role Purpose:
Working within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, our Technical Operators run the production lines performing routine maintenance and basic engineering tasks to support the engineering team. Technical Operators are the front line of our business producing food the nation loves the most.
What you’ll be doing:
- General production operation
- Routine maintenance
- Quality checks
- Adjusting line operation for changes in product
- General hygiene
- Continuous improvement
What we need from you:
Essential
- Maths and English grade C and above ( or equivalent qualification)
- Self managed and self-motivated
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across multiple departments as and when required
- Good attention to detail
- A high level of technical ability
Desirable
- FMCG Factory Experience
- FLT Licence
- Health & Safety Qualification
- Food Safety Qualification
