As the go-to Technical Production Manager, you will be overseeing operations across two buildings with six venues, including an arena the role involves collaborating with clients, producers, and artistic teams to plan and execute technical aspects of productions and events. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of staff and guests, leading and training a technical team, researching new technologies, and problem-solving to ensure seamless productions.
This role is ideally suited for an experienced and passionate Technical Production Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenges of managing multiple venues and productions, with a strong background in event production and operations.
The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical department
• Collaborate with clients, producers, and artistic teams to plan and execute technical aspects of productions and events.
• Prioritize and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures for staff and guests
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of technical staff

The Person:

• Experience in a similar role within an events or conference environment
• Strong understanding of event production and operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in AutoCAD
