The main purpose of this contract is to assist one customer with a Technical Project. This customer requires onsite support during a 6 month project to assist their teams in deploying and managing 4000 cameras. This project will involve travel across the UK.
Key Responsibilities of a Technical Project Support Administrator
- To work across both of our Clients HQ's and Customers sites across the UK
- Manage the deployment, return and book out of equipment for use by customers staff
- Update customer data and produce activity reports.
- Document and track work alongside the Project Manager
Key Competencies of a Technical Project Support Administrator
- Experience of providing external customer support in a support desk/call centre/field engineer or similar environment.
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy/attention to detail.
- Empathetic telephone manner.
- Experience of using call/incident/CRM logging systems i.e Salesforce
- Good appreciation of and interest in technology.
- Competent Excel user.
