If you're a technical person (mechanical, electrical, electronic, software) and know sales - we want to hear from you.  Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you're going to have a stack of credibility when talking to other Engineers as both candidates and clients - and we're going to teach you how to recruit the right way.  We sell a high quality, retained recruitment service and can help you build a successful career at our offices in Northampton.
 
BASIC SALARY: Up to £45,000 dependant on your relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruitment, Technical Sales - engineering, manufacturing
 
I am not going to lie, recruitment is challenging. But it is also very rewarding. Through the correct training and support you will identify, develop, and grow your own client base within the manufacturing, engineering, and technical disciplines that you feel comfortable in.
 
We are already very well established in engineering and technical areas such as capital equipment manufacturing, special purpose packaging and process machinery (PPMA), chemical manufacturing, food, automotive, aerospace, laboratory, and technology. We are open to any experience and skills that you could bring us.
 
We currently have 20 consultants here at Wallace Hind - and that's what we do... consult. We're not an agency, and we're not CV chucking.  We all specialise in different areas of recruitment. But you will never be far away from someone who will know the answer to your questions.
 
Your main responsibilities: Recruitment, Technical Sales - engineering, manufacturing
 
· You will identify, develop, and grow your own client base within a vertical market of your own - building a client base alongside your manager
· You will sell a variety of recruitment solutions to end users within engineering, technical and manufacturing sectors
· You will take ownership of your client base; account manage them and maximise their potential
· You will become a genuine recruitment expert in your market
