SalaryOn behalf of our client a leading ventilation company based in Duncrue industrial estate, Belfast we are recruiting a Permanent Technical Sales Coordinator. Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm on a Friday. Depending on experience the salary on offer is from £24,000 - £25,000 per annum.
In this role the successful candidate will work as part of the Sales team where the main duties will be to provide Technical Sales coordination & business administration duties to include - Processing of customers orders / quotes and handling enquiries, purchasing stock items, liaising with other departments to check product availability & delivery of goods, liaising with suppliers for product information / availability & delivery coordination, customer services, general office duties and generally working within the systems laid down by the Company. To also maximise and further develop business opportunities for these product lines in conjunction with the Branch Manager and Regional Business Development Manager.
What We Need From You:
- Experience of Sales Administration, including processing orders and quotations.
- Previous experience of working within the Ventilation industry.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, catalogues, data sheets and diagrams.
- The ability to work effectively as a part of a team but also independently.
- Strong competency in using Microsoft Office applications
